Self-Paced Mental Health Portal Designed for the Everyday Warrior
The Challenge
Chimney Trail, a leader in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) solutions, needed an intuitive online portal to support their training seminars and mass distribution of self-help kits. The challenge was to create a digital experience that was not only simple and trustworthy but also appealing to both investors and clients across the public and private sectors. With time-sensitive funding goals and a focus on expanding its reach, Chimney Trail required a mobile-first, branded solution that unified their offerings and established their credibility in the market.
Our Solution
7Factor collaborated with Chimney Trail to develop a user-friendly, mobile-first online portal that unified their offerings of CBT-based training seminars and self-help kits. Using Lean UX principles, 7Factor designed an interactive Figma prototype, which streamlined the user experience with features like easy registration, personalized dashboards, and gamified progress tracking. The solution also included a simple checkout flow for ordering physical kits, each paired with multimedia content. Delivered in under four weeks, this high-fidelity prototype provided Chimney Trail’s development team with dev-ready assets while supporting their business development efforts by attracting both investors and clients.

Our team managed Provider Trust's custom AWS environments, ensuring stability and deploying each new iteration to the appropriate environment.
